Buyers Pre-Purchase Inspection-This is the inspection that you think of when you think of a Home Inspection. All major and minor defects are noted.
Infrared Thermal Imaging- Scan of of areas with a Infrared thermal imaging camera
Pre-listing Inspection-This inspection is the same as our buyers inspection but it is targeted for sellers to ease the home selling experience and point out problems that the home might have before the seller lists it so defects can be fixed and ease the negotiating process. Report can also be made available to potential buyers.It may encourage the buyer to waive the inspection contingency.
Walk through Inspection- This inspection appeals to clients who are not in escrow. It is just a visual and verbal inspection. No systems are operated and no written report is given. Good for investors or investment properties.
New Home Warranty Inspection-This Inspection is for new home owners whose builder warranty is about to expire so the owner can submit a list to the homebuilder for review.
Major Systems Inspection- This inspection is just for the major components of the structure such as, foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Good for clients who are intrested in just knowing the general condition of the property
